Payment

Credit card transactions are handled through PayPal™ but you don't need a PayPal account to make an order - any credit or debit card will do. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website when you place an order. And then recieve an email confirmation when we have recieved your payment.

Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the labels and tickets intact.

Shipping and Delivery

Please note that delivery time for standard orders is currently 3-4 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department. Deliveries to the Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive.

A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

Shipping is currently £3 per order for UK Customers. We do not make a profit on postage costs and only charge you what it costs us to post your order.

We currently only ship to UK address but are actively working on extending this worldwide. In the meantime if you are outside the UK and are want to make an order please email us and we will see if we can fulfill your order.
